Crysmode: Exchange Policy
We do accept exchange only on items that in new condition, unaltered, unworn and free of damages by the customer. For exchange mail out your item(s) within 7 days from the receipt of the original order. Item(s) cannot be exchanged after 7 days from the receipt of the original order. Item(s) should be returned with all CRYSMODE tags attached and must be in their original packaging.
